House of Tickets is the exclusive sales, service and supply partner for BOCA ticket printers and ticket stock in Australia and New Zealand.

House of Tickets wanted to create a differentiator in the infrastructure market place for events by introducing a Point of Sale (POS) application on the Apple iPad  printing tickets to BOCA Thermal printers. The POS application had to be quite intuitive and fast to enable a ticket clerk to sell at the rate of 1500 tickets an hour. The devices also had to  send secure, real time requests to a command centre requesting “cash-up” or “cash-drop” services. Apple iPads do not support printing to BOCA ticket printers or any other printers that are not iprint enabled. House of Tickets, as the exclusive distributor of BOCA thermal printers in Australia and New Zealand, insisted on deploying BOCA printers for this application.
